Marlen aims to have a sustainable food model. We collaborate with as
many local producers as we can, in order to offer a farm to table experience and
support the local community but also to showcase the local ingredients of Zante.
Sarakina Estate
Sarakina Estate’s organic olive grove is located at the southern part of the beautiful Ionian island of Zakynthos. Their land is filled with centuries-old olive trees primarily of the Koroneiki but also of the ‘Ntopia’ (local) and wild-olive varieties.
The Joy of George
The bio market "The Joy of George" was created by George who is an organic farmer. The purpse of organic farming is to produce food without the addition of chemicals.
