Produced from olives of the Koroneiki and Ntopia (Local) varieties, cultivated exclusively in organic olive grove in Zakynthos and harvested early, the olive oil is bottled as soon as possible, in order to preserve all of its beneficial ingredients.
The goal of every decision we make is to achieve the highest possible quality for the premium organic olive oil. Sarakina Estate harvest organic olives early, crush them soon after at a cold-extraction olive press, and store and bottle our olive oil following the highest standards.
