Get ready to learn — and eat. Discover the fundamentals of preparing classic Greek dishes such as, Dolmadakia (stuffed Vine Leaves), Greek Gyros Soyvlaki and Mpougatsa. Then prepare and savor delicious dishes with fellow food lovers while tasting Greek Zakynthinian Wines.

As you cook, learn about the rich culinary heritage of Zakynthos and the Mediterranean diet, with its focus on wholesome ingredients and healthy eating. Start with a traditional Greek welcome of cold ouzo and a “meze” platter of local olives, marinated anchovies, sourdough bread, and olive oil.

At Marlen’s Garden, we believe that food creates memories and emotions, and brings people together. That’s why our cooking classes are designed to be hands-on, interactive, and enjoyable. Cook in small teams and with the guidance of Chef Antonis Kyvetos.

After the class, sit back and enjoy the stunning sea view as you sip on Zakynthian wine, expertly paired by our owner Antonis Kitsikis.
