Cocktail Menu — Marlen Carrer, Argassi, Zakynthos

Our signature cocktails are named after films, and each one is written in the voice of the film it takes its name from. Read them like a movie dialogue. Behind the bar we work to a zero-waste philosophy: citrus peel, herb stems and fruit trim from the kitchen become the syrups, infusions and sodas in these glasses. Nothing crosses between the kitchen and the bar without being used twice.
