Step into our sanctuary of flavors, where each cocktail is more than just a drink; it’s an experience. Stefanos Kapogiannis, Marlen’s Master mixologist, based his Signature cocktail recipes on his childhood memories and personal experiences at the island of Zakynthos. Aiming to use mainly ingredients that come from the island where he grew up, in order to offer unique cocktail experience to each one of us. As a result here at Marlen you will savor cocktails with Zakynthinian rusk, Florina pepper Paloma etc.
